“When I deployed in February 2010 for my fourth tour to Iraq, my wife and our two children (ages 14 and 11) remained in Abington.  Prior to the deployment, we were on and off orders several times, which disrupted my civilian job and our family finances.  With the assistance of the Massachusetts National Guard Office of Family Programs, we applied for the EANGUS WCFA Grant and used the funds to keep our home heated and functioning during the harsh Massachusetts winter.  Knowing that there is support for National Guard families is a great thing!”
